Amerikano Privacy and Data Deletion Notice
20 October 2026 — Android internal testing
Scope
This notice covers processing in the Amerikano Android internal test. Amerikano is an entertainment card game. Coin cannot be converted to cash; there is no real-money betting, cash prize or withdrawal. Live sales and live ads are not enabled in this test build. Do not test a purchase until a free Google test payment instrument is verified.

On-device records
Your chosen player name, preset avatar, language, sound/timing settings, custom tasks, reactions, Coin balance, product rights and duplicate-delivery records are stored on the device. A real name is not required. Playing requires internet; bots run on the device. The game does not request camera, microphone, contacts, photo-library or precise-location permission.
Account and backup
Account connection is initiated by you. Connecting for purchase verification does not enable optional profile backup. If separately selected, supported Google Play Games storage holds your profile and settings. Recovery requires the same account and a successful save; it is not guaranteed otherwise. The app does not receive your Google password.
Server and purchases
Cloudflare Workers and D1 process verified game-account identity, device-wallet identity, consecutive Coin movements, products and delivery records. One balance is used. Store receipts are verified with Google; purchase tokens are hashed in the ledger. Payment-card and bank numbers are not collected. Modified-device game results are not independently verified. This internal test does not certify real-money payment or live refund handling.
Ads and choices
The game contains ads without a game-specific advertising opt-in checkbox. Google AdMob/UMP manages required regional privacy choices. Requests use non-personalized ads, the G content ceiling and the most restrictive child-directed treatment. These controls cannot guarantee every creative. Google may process IP address, approximate location, device identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics. Non-personalized does not mean no data processing. Required Google checks are not bypassed.
Remove Ads and rewards
Remove Ads is a one-time product priced at EUR9.99 for consumers in euro regions; the store shows its local price elsewhere. Verified purchase or restore removes between-hand and match-end ads. Optional rewarded ads for five Coin remain separate. An ad-loading failure does not lock gameplay. A reward is granted once only after the SDK reports it earned.
Age and legal grounds
The game targets ages 13+. Age band and cloud/store choices stay on the device and are not re-enabled from backups. Without a parental-verification flow, this test disables cloud and purchase features for under-18 or unstated-age users. Age declaration is not identity verification. Necessary processing supplies requested services; mandatory records serve legal duties; proportionate security serves legitimate interests. Separate consent is obtained where required. Reading this notice is not consent.
Recipients and international processing
Google, Cloudflare and the support-email provider may process data when the relevant feature is used. D1 has EU jurisdiction; this does not promise that all Worker processing remains in the EU. Provider agreements and applicable transfer safeguards apply. Game-save data is not used for ad targeting. Connectivity checks send no account, cards or Coin balance; network providers can see IP address and ordinary connection metadata.
Retention and security
Device records may remain until app storage is cleared; requested account and restoration records may remain while the service is used or until a deletion request is resolved. Stores retain their own transaction records under their rules. Support correspondence is retained up to 12 months after closure; necessary legal/dispute records may be separated for the applicable period. Transport encryption and access controls are used; loss-free or end-to-end-encrypted storage is not guaranteed.
Deletion and rights
Send access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or consent-withdrawal requests to onurmajorworx@gmail.com. Use the subject “Amerikano data deletion” and identify which records you want deleted. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card data. Only necessary account-ownership verification is requested; requests are handled within applicable statutory periods. Exceptions for necessary transaction records are explained. You need not delete your whole Google/Apple account. You retain the right to complain to your competent data-protection authority.
Device and Google records
Clearing Android app storage may lose local progress; it does not delete cloud or store records. Delete Google Play Games game data separately through Google account controls. The in-app cloud deletion action concerns only the connected account’s Amerikano backup. Other devices are not remotely erased; disable backup first to prevent old copies from uploading again.
